How to fix 0xc00007b In most games! Win 7,8,10

So, You finished installing a video games but when you wanted to Run  it, and you see this

The explanation of the problem:
This problem happens when you're missing an important file, or Other things...

Possible fixes:
-Install all versions of vcredist, x64, x32, Arm and install them (All Years)!
-Install Directx
-Install Framework.NET Versions 4.5.2, 4.5, 4, and to make sure that you don't need it anymore, just install all versions so you won't have any problem with framework in future
-If all these possible fixes fails  just Reinstall the game, or Verify Game files (Steam, Origin, Uplay) or if you're using a cracked version just check for patches or change  the crack

-If you're experiencing a directx installation issues, You have to reinstall windows because directx is a part of the system and it's very difficult to remove it
